LNP™ STAT-KON™ ZJK20I Compound is a High-Performance Polyphenylene Ether / Polystyrene (PPE/PS) Compound Utilizing Advanced Carbon Nanotube (CNT) Technology to provide controlled Electrical Conductivity, Low Particulate Generation and excellent Thermal Performance. Designed for Electronics, Semiconductor, Industrial and Precision Engineering applications, STAT-KON™ ZJK20I combines the Dimensional Stability of PPE/PS with the Efficiency of CNT Conductive Technology, creating an Ideal Solution for applications requiring Antistatic Properties, Cleanliness and reliable Processing.

Built on a Proven PPE/PS Resin Platform, LNP™ STAT-KON™ ZJK20I Compound delivers an excellent balance of Stiffness, Heat Resistance and Dimensional Stability. The Amorphous Polymer Structure helps maintain Predictable Shrinkage characteristics and Precise Molded Dimensions, making the material suitable for components requiring Tight Tolerances and consistent Long-Term Performance.

A Key Advantage of STAT-KON™ ZJK20I is its Conductive and Antistatic Performance. The Compound Exhibits a Surface Resistivity range of approximately 1 × 10⁵ to 1 × 10⁸ Ω, making it suitable for Static Dissipative and Antistatic applications where Electrostatic Charge Control is Important.
