NORYL™ APS130 Good Chemical Resistance PPE + PPS High Stiffness Blend

30% Glass Reinforced Impact Strength, Stiffness & Chemical Resistance

NORYL™ APS130 PPE + PPS Blend is a High performance Engineering Thermoplastic developed for applications requiring Exceptional Chemical Resistance, High Stiffness and excellent Heat Resistance. This Advanced Blend combines Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) with Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) and is Reinforced with 30% Glass Fibre, delivering a unique balance of Mechanical Strength, Dimensional Stability and Thermal performance for demanding Industrial and Automotive Environments.

A Key Advantage of NORYL™ APS130 is its excellent Chemical Resistance. The PPE and PPS combination provides enhanced Resistance to many Industrial Chemicals, Oils and Fluids, making the material suitable for components exposed to Aggressive Operating Environments where Long-Term Durability is required.

The 30% Glass Fibre Reinforcement significantly Improves Strength, Stiffness and Dimensional Stability. This Reinforced Structure enables components to maintain Precise Dimensions and Structural Integrity under Mechanical Loads, supporting reliable performance in applications requiring High Rigidity and Low Deformation.

NORYL™ APS130 delivers excellent Heat Resistance, allowing components to maintain Mechanical properties and Functional reliability when exposed to Elevated Temperatures. This Thermal Stability makes the material suitable for Industrial Equipment, Electrical Systems and Under-The-Hood Automotive applications where Heat Management is Critical.

The PPE + PPS Alloy Technology provides a unique combination of Toughness, Chemical Resistance and Structural Performance. Components Manufactured from NORYL™ APS130 benefit from Long Service Life and Dependable performance in Challenging Environments where Conventional Engineering Plastics may be Insufficient.

Its balanced Profile of Stiffness, Impact performance and Chemical Resistance makes NORYL™ APS130 suitable for Structural Housings, Pump Components, Electrical Parts, Industrial Equipment and Precision Engineering applications requiring Durability and Dimensional Control.

NORYL™ APS130 also supports Responsible Manufacturing through RoHS Compliance. Its Long Service Life, excellent Durability and Resistance to Harsh Operating Conditions Help manufacturers develop Sustainable Products that reduce Maintenance requirements and Extend Operational Lifespan.
