NORYL™ GTX600 Resin is a Non-Reinforced PPE + PA Alloy engineered for Wide-Ranging Automotive Exterior applications that demand an excellent balance of Heat Resistance, Impact Strength and Chemical Resistance. Developed to withstand Challenging Outdoor Conditions, NORYL™ GTX600 combines the Dimensional Stability of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) with the Toughness and Chemical Resistance of Polyamide (PA), making it a Proven Solution for demanding Vehicle Exterior Components.
Designed specifically for Automotive Environments, NORYL™ GTX600 Resin offers excellent Resistance to Heat, Weather exposure and Common Automotive Chemicals. Components Manufactured from NORYL™ GTX600 maintain their appearance and Mechanical Integrity when exposed to Sunlight, Road Contaminants, Cleaning Agents and varying Temperatures, making the material suitable for Long-Term Exterior use.
Unlike Reinforced Materials that may affect Surface Appearance, NORYL™ GTX600 PPE + PA Blend Utilizes a Non-Reinforced formulation that supports High-Quality Surface Finishes and enhanced Design Flexibility. This allows manufacturers to produce Complex and Aesthetically demanding Exterior Parts while maintaining Good Toughness and Structural Performance.
