30% Glass Reinforced, High Stiffness & Excellent Chemical Resistance
NORYL™ GTX6801 Resin is a General Purpose PPE + PA Alloy engineered for applications that demand High Stiffness, excellent Chemical Resistance and reliable performance at Elevated Temperatures. Reinforced with 30% Glass Fibre, NORYL™ GTX6801 delivers an excellent balance of Mechanical Strength, Impact Resistance and Dimensional Stability, making it suitable for Automotive, Industrial and Structural components Operating in demanding Environments.
Built Around a robust PPE + PA Alloy Platform, NORYL™ GTX6801 PPE + PA Blend provides Outstanding Rigidity and Structural Integrity. The 30% Glass Fibre Reinforcement significantly Increases Stiffness and Load-Bearing Capability, allowing components Manufactured from NORYL™ GTX6801 to maintain Dimensional Accuracy under Continuous Mechanical Stress.
Chemical Resistance is One of the Key performance Attributes of NORYL™ GTX6801 Resin. The material Performs well when exposed to Automotive Fluids, Oils, Greases and various Industrial Chemicals. This capability enables NORYL™ GTX6801 to maintain Long-Term Durability in Environments where Conventional Engineering Plastics may Experience Degradation.
In addition to its Structural Strength, NORYL™ GTX6801 PPE + PA Alloy offers good Impact Performance. The material combines Rigidity with Toughness, helping components withstand Vibration, Handling Loads and Incidental Impacts without Sacrificing Dimensional Stability or Durability.
Thermal performance further Expands the application range of NORYL™ GTX6801. The material Exhibits High Heat Resistance, allowing Parts Moulded from NORYL™ GTX6801 Resin to retain Mechanical properties and Structural Integrity when Operating under Elevated Temperatures. This makes it suitable for Under-The-Hood Automotive applications and Industrial Equipment exposed to Thermal Stress.
Processing Efficiency is another Advantage of NORYL™ GTX6801 PPE + PA Blend. The material supports the Manufacture of Precision Moulded components while delivering consistent Mechanical properties and reliable Production Performance. Manufacturers benefit from a Well-Balanced combination of Strength, Dimensional Control and Processing Consistency.
Because of its combination of High Stiffness, good Impact Strength, Chemical Resistance and Heat Resistance, NORYL™ GTX6801 is widely considered for Automotive Structural Components, Industrial Housings, Equipment Covers, Brackets and Engineering Parts requiring Long-Term Durability and Dependable Mechanical Performance.
