20% Glass Reinforced, Good High Heat & Excellent Chemical Resistance
NORYL™ GTX820 Resin is a General Purpose 20% Glass Fibre Reinforced PPE + PA Alloy engineered for applications that require High Modulus Performance, excellent Chemical Resistance and reliable Heat Resistance. by combining the Dimensional Stability of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) with the Toughness and Chemical Durability of Polyamide (PA), NORYL™ GTX820 delivers a balanced Engineering Solution for Automotive, Industrial and Structural Components.
Reinforced with 20% Glass Fibre, NORYL™ GTX820 PPE + PA Blend provides significantly increased Stiffness and Load-Bearing capability compared with Non-Reinforced Grades. The Reinforced Structure enables NORYL™ GTX820 Resin to maintain Dimensional Accuracy and Structural Integrity under Continuous Mechanical Loading, making it suitable for demanding Engineering applications.
Exposure to Automotive Fluids, Oils, Greases and Industrial Chemicals can Challenge Many Engineering Materials. NORYL™ GTX820 is designed with excellent Chemical Resistance, helping components retain their Mechanical properties and appearance when Operating in Chemically Aggressive Environments. This performance makes NORYL™ GTX820 PPE + PA Alloy a Dependable Choice for Industrial and Automotive Systems.
Beyond its Stiffness, NORYL™ GTX820 Resin offers good Impact Strength, creating a valuable balance between Rigidity and Toughness. Components Manufactured from NORYL™ GTX820 are Capable of Absorbing Mechanical Stress while maintaining their Shape and Functional performance over Extended Service Periods.
Elevated Operating Temperatures are another Area where NORYL™ GTX820 PPE + PA Blend Performs Exceptionally Well. The material is formulated to provide Good Heat Resistance, allowing Moulded Parts to maintain Dimensional Stability and Mechanical Strength in Environments exposed to Continuous Thermal Loads.
The High Modulus characteristics of NORYL™ GTX820 make it suitable for Structural applications where Stiffness and Dimensional Control are critical Design Requirements. Engineers often Select NORYL™ GTX820 Resin for Brackets, Housings, Automotive Structural components and Industrial Equipment that require reliable Long-Term Performance.
Combining Glass Fibre Reinforcement, Chemical Resistance, Heat Resistance and Mechanical Strength, NORYL™ GTX820 PPE + PA Alloy offers a Versatile material Solution for manufacturers seeking Durability, Dimensional Stability and efficient Processing in a Single Engineering Thermoplastic.
