High Heat Resistance, Good Chemical Resistance and Added Mold Release
NORYL™ GTX918A Resin is a Non-Reinforced PPE + PA Alloy engineered for applications requiring Exceptional Thermal Stability, excellent Chemical Resistance and Superior Processing Efficiency. Combining Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) with Polyamide (PA), NORYL™ GTX918A delivers a unique balance of High Heat Performance, High Melt Flow and reliable Mechanical Properties, making it suitable for Automotive, Electrical and Industrial components operating under demanding Conditions.
When Elevated Operating Temperatures are a Primary Design Concern, NORYL™ GTX918A PPE + PA Blend provides Remarkable Heat Resistance and Thermal Stability. Components Manufactured from NORYL™ GTX918A Resin maintain Structural Integrity and Dimensional Consistency even when exposed to Prolonged Thermal Loading, making the material suitable for applications Located Near Heat-Generating Systems and High-Temperature Environments.
Excellent Chemical Resistance further enhances the Versatility of NORYL™ GTX918A. The PPE + PA Alloy Technology enables NORYL™ GTX918A Resin to withstand exposure to Automotive Fluids, Oils, Greases, Cleaning Agents and Industrial Chemicals. This Resistance helps Extend Component Lifespan while maintaining performance and appearance over time.
Processing performance is Another Significant Advantage of NORYL™ GTX918A PPE + PA Alloy. The High Melt Flow characteristics Improve Mould Filling and enable efficient Production of Complex Geometries and Thin-Wall Parts. Manufacturers using NORYL™ GTX918A can benefit from greater Design Flexibility, improved Productivity and consistent Part Quality.
To further support Manufacturing Efficiency, NORYL™ GTX918A Resin incorporates added Mold Release Technology. This Feature helps Facilitate Smoother Part Ejection during Moulding Operations, reducing Cycle Interruptions and supporting Higher Production Output while minimizing the Potential for Part Damage.
Unlike Heavily Reinforced Materials, NORYL™ GTX918A PPE + PA Blend maintains excellent Surface Quality and Design Flexibility. The Non-Reinforced formulation makes NORYL™ GTX918A suitable for Visible components and applications where Appearance, Dimensional Accuracy and Processing Efficiency are Equally Important.
The combination of Thermal Stability, Chemical Resistance and High Flow Processing makes NORYL™ GTX918A Resin a practical Choice for Automotive Components, Electrical Housings, Industrial Equipment and Engineering Parts requiring Dependable Long-Term performance in demanding Service Environments.
