This Grade Is Positioned For General engineering use where Reliable Processing And Consistent Molded Part Quality Are required without Dependence On Flame Performance Certification.
Mechanical Strength And Impact Resistance support Functional And Structural Components Subjected To Routine Handling And Assembly Stress. Low Moisture Absorption Helps maintain Part Geometry Over Time, supporting Stable Fit And Tolerance Control Across Varying Environmental Conditions During Storage And Service.
Injection Molding Characteristics Enable Smooth Flow And Predictable Shrinkage Behavior, Contributing To Consistent Part Reproduction Across Production Runs. NORYL™ 100ES Resin Is a ROHS Compliant Material That Meets Global Environmental And Hazardous Substance Regulations. This Grade Is Selected When Designers Require a Regulation‑Ready engineering Plastic Offering Dimensional Stability, Mechanical Reliability, And Consistent Processing without UL Flame Rating Constraints.
