NORYL™ 100ES PPE Resin is an Electrically Conductive Engineering Thermoplastic developed to provide controlled Charge Dissipation and Effective Shielding in Static Sensitive Applications. This material combines a Polyphenylene Ether base Resin with Conductive Carbon Powder and Mineral additives to deliver stable Electrical performance together with Mechanical Reliability.
Electrical Performance of NORYL™ 100ES PPE Resin enables consistent charge transfer characteristics, supporting applications where Electrostatic Discharge Control and Electromagnetic Shielding are Important. The Conductive Network formed within the material allows balanced Conductivity without Compromising Structural behaviour.
Mechanical Characteristics of NORYL™ 100ES PPE Resin include High Impact Strength, allowing Molded Parts to withstand Handling, Assembly, and Operational Stress. The integration of Mineral content contributes to Dimensional Stability, supporting Consistent Part Geometry across Processing and End Use Conditions.
