NORYL™ 115EM4 Resin is a Polyphenylene Ether based Engineering Thermoplastic formulated with Conductive Carbon Powder and Mineral additives to provide controlled Electrical Conductivity for ESD‑Sensitive Applications. This Grade is designed for use where reliable Charge Dissipation and Shielding are required while maintaining High Mechanical Rigidity, Dimensional Stability, and Consistent Processing Performance.

Compared to Lower‑Loaded Conductive Grades, NORYL™ 115EM4 Resin offers Higher Stiffness and Strength, supporting applications that require enhanced Structural Rigidity. The increased filler content contributes to Reduced Mold Shrinkage and Improved Dimensional Control, making this material well suited for Precision Tooling, Fixtures, and Components where Tight Tolerances and Repeatable Geometry are Critical.

Thermal Performance of NORYL™ 115EM4 Resin is characterized by slightly superior Heat Resistance, enabling use in Higher Processing and Service Temperature Environments. This attribute is particularly important for High‑Temperature Electronics Manufacturing, Semiconductor Processing Equipment, and Wafer Handling Tools where Dimensional Stability must be maintained during Thermal Cycling or Elevated‑Temperature Exposure.

Electrical behaviour of NORYL™ 115EM4 Resin provides a Broader Resistivity Window, allowing easier tuning of Conductive Performance to meet the requirements of Sensitive Semiconductor and ESD‑Controlled Environments. This controlled Conductivity support reliable Electrostatic Discharge protection while reducing risk of over‑ or under‑Conductive Performance in controlled manufacturing settings.

Electrically Conductive Performance support use in Components exposed to Static Charge Build-up or Electromagnetic Interference Concerns. NORYL™ 115EM4 Resin also maintains Good Impact Strength, helping Molded Parts withstand Handling, Assembly, and Operational Stress, while Mineral Reinforcement enhances Structural Consistency over Long‑Term Use.

Low Moisture Sensitivity and Hydrolytic Stability assist in Preserving Part Geometry and Fit over Time, supporting Dimensional Reliability across variable Environmental Conditions. NORYL™ 115EM4 Resin also exhibits Good Surface appearance, allowing Molded Components to maintain uniform Visual Quality without Extensive Secondary Finishing or Surface Treatment.
