High Flow, Impact Resistance, Low Warpage & Hydrolytic Stability

NORYL™ BN31 PPE + HIPS Resin is a Non‑Halogenated Flame Retardant engineering Thermoplastic Designed to balance Flame Safety, Mechanical Performance, and Dimensional Stability. This material supports applications that require reliable Flame Retardant behavior without the use of Brominated or Chlorinated additives, while maintaining Good Thermal Resistance and Processing Efficiency.

High Flow Characteristics associated with NORYL™ BN31 PPE + HIPS Resin support efficient Injection Molding and enable the production of Complex or Thin‑Wall Components with Consistent Quality. Impact Resistance, including Low Temperature performance, allows components made from this Resin to withstand Mechanical Stress while maintaining Low Warpage and Dimensional Accuracy.

Hydrolytic Stability contributes to the Long Term reliability of NORYL™ BN31 PPE + HIPS Resin, making it suitable for environments where exposure to moisture or Humidity variation may occur. In addition, Good Surface appearance supports applications where Visual Quality is required, helping reduce the need for Secondary Finishing Operations.

Flame Performance for NORYL™ BN31 PPE + HIPS Resin is confirmed by its UL Classification. NORYL™ BN31 are UL94‑V0 rated, 1.50 mm ~ 3.00 mm , demonstrating Robust Non‑Halogenated Flame Retardant Behavior at common engineering Wall Thicknesses and aligning with Modern Safety requirements.
