NORYL™ CN1134 PPE + HIPS Resin is a Reinforced, High Modulus engineering Thermoplastic designed for applications that demand Structural Rigidity, Dimensional Control, and Integrated Flame Retardant Performance. This Grade utilizes a Non Halogenated PPE + HIPS Resin System enhanced with 15% Glass Fiber and 5% Mineral ( MICA) Reinforcement to deliver Elevated Stiffness and reduced Deformation under Load.
Mechanical Performance is distinguished by the Reinforced Architecture of NORYL™ CN1134 PPE + HIPS Resin, which provides Improved Modulus, Reduced Creep, and Greater Resistance to Long Term Mechanical Stress. The Combination of Glass Fiber and Mineral Content contributes to Structural Stability while supporting consistent Part Geometry in Load Bearing or Precision Components.
Dimensional Reliability is further supported through the Low Warpage and Hydrolytic Stability characteristics of NORYL™ CN1134 PPE + HIPS Resin, making it suitable for applications exposed to Moisture or Thermal Cycling. In Parallel, Good Surface Aesthetics enable use in Finished Components where both Structural Integrity and Visual Appearance are required.
Flame Performance for NORYL™ CN1134 PPE + HIPS Resin is defined its Certified UL Rating. NORYL™ CN1134 are UL94- V1 Rated @ 1.50 mm ~ 3.00 mm , confirming Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant behavior at common engineering Wall Thicknesses while aligning with Safety and Regulatory Expectations.
From an environmental perspective, NORYL™ CN1134 PPE + HIPS Resin is a ROHS Compliant material that supports Global Restrictions on Hazardous Substances. This enables Deployment in International Programs while retaining Reinforced Mechanical Performance, Flame Retardancy, and Manufacturing Consistency.
