NORYL™ CN5246 PPE + HIPS Blend with 30% Reinforced. High Modulus FR

NORYL™ CN5246 Resin is a High Performance, 30% Mineral and Glass Fiber reinforced blend of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and Polystyrene (PS). This specific material Grade is designed for injection molding Process and is known for its excellent dimensional stability, Low Moisture Absorption, and High Rigidity. It a superb Material for demanding applications such as Printer Chassis. The robust features of NORYL™ CN5246 Resin make it a versatile and reliable Engineering Solution.

The Flame Retardant properties are a key selling benefits for NORYL™ CN5246 Resin. It contains Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated additives, meeting modern safety standards. It offers a desirable UL94 Flame Rating of 5VB at 2 mm and V1 at 1.5 mm, ensuring safety in various electrical and electronic applications. This makes NORYL™ CN5246 Resin a best choice for components within mobile phones, computers, tablets, and industrial electrical parts.

This material exhibits exceptional Mechanical and Physical Properties. Key Characteristics of NORYL™ CN5246 Resin include a high flexural modulus of 8230 Mpa and a Specific Gravity of 1.33. The Low Water absorption rate (0.06% after 24 Hours) further emphasizes its stability in various environments. The material NORYL™ CN5246 Resin offers Designers and Engineers the properties required for Durable and Reliable Products.

Processing NORYL™ CN5246 is straightforward with standard Injection Molding Techniques. General guidelines suggest Drying Temperatures of 100°C for 3 ~ 4 hours and Melt Temperatures ranging from 280 ~ 310°C. The Tooling temperature should ideally be between 80–100°C to achieve Optimal Results and Low Warpage. These processing parameters for the NORYL™ CN5246 Grade Ensure Efficient Manufacturing.
