NORYL™ EFN4230S High Heat Packaging Transparent FDA PPE + HIPS Blend

Impact Strength, Low Warpage, Dimension Stability & Packaging Grade

NORYL™ EFN4230S PPE+PS resin is a High Heat, FDA Transparent, Non‑reinforced Blend engineered for applications requiring Clarity, Compliance, and Thermal Stability. This Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and Polystyrene (PS) material delivers a balanced combination of Impact Strength, Low Warpage, and Dimensional Stability, making it suitable for demanding Packaging and Industrial Environments.

Transparent materials used in regulated applications must meet both performance and safety expectations. This grade is designed to support Food Contact Compliance while maintaining consistent physical properties under temperature and moisture exposure. Its formulation helps ensure stable behavior, supporting Reliable Packaging Performance.

NORYL™ EFN4230S PPE+PS resin offers dependable Impact Resistance while preserving a clean and uniform Transparent Appearance. This makes it an excellent candidate for Industrial Packaging Applications where both visibility and structural strength are critical to maintaining Product Integrity.

The non-reinforced structure allows for Smooth Processing and consistent mold filling, supporting efficient production cycles. Low warpage characteristics contribute to improved part accuracy and reduced deformation, which enhances Manufacturing Consistency and Dimensional Precision.

NORYL™ EFN4230S PPE+PS resin also provides inherent High Heat Resistance and strong Hydrolytic Stability, ensuring durability in humid or temperature‑varying environments. Its Low Moisture Absorption further supports dimensional reliability over time. In addition, NORYL™ EFN4230S is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.
From an application standpoint, this material enables the design of Transparent Packaging Components, Protective Covers, and Industrial Containers that require both compliance and mechanical reliability. Its combination of clarity and strength supports consistent performance in regulated environments.

NORYL™ EFN4230S PPE+PS resin ultimately delivers a balanced solution combining FDA Compliance, Transparency, and Dimensional Stability. With its low warpage behavior, processing efficiency, and regulatory alignment, it serves as a reliable choice for High Performance Packaging Applications.
