NORYL™ EM6101 High Heat Deflection Temperature Resin PPE + HIPS Blend

Impact Strength, Low Warpage, Dimension Stability & Improved Flow

NORYL™ EM6101 PPE+PS Resin is an advanced Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and Polystyrene (PS) Blend designed to deliver Improved Flow, Ease of Processing, and Thermal Stability. This material provides a strong balance of Impact Strength, Low Warpage, and Dimensional Stability, making it suitable for applications requiring reliable performance across a Wide Temperature Range.

Engineering materials with broad operating conditions must maintain consistent properties under thermal and mechanical stress. This grade is formulated to retain performance across varying environments, ensuring part integrity even during repeated temperature fluctuations, supporting Long-Term Reliability.

NORYL™ EM6101 PPE+PS Resin offers enhanced Processing Efficiency through its improved flow behavior, enabling smoother mold filling and better replication of complex geometries. This leads to higher productivity and reduced cycle variation, which is essential for Consistent Manufacturing Quality.

The material demonstrates stable mechanical performance while minimizing deformation during cooling and use. Its low warpage characteristics improve assembly precision and reduce part distortion, which contributes to better Dimensional Accuracy in finished components.

NORYL™ EM6101 PPE+PS Resin also provides inherent Heat Deflection Resistance combined with good Hydrolytic Stability, allowing it to perform under both thermal and moisture exposure. These characteristics ensure durability in demanding operating conditions. In addition, NORYL™ EM6101 is RoHS Compliant, supporting Global Environmental Standards.

From a design perspective, this resin enables development of Lightweight Components with stable mechanical properties and reliable processing performance. It is well suited for housings, structural parts, and industrial applications where both efficiency and durability are required.

NORYL™ EM6101 PPE+PS Resin ultimately delivers a balanced combination of Processability, Thermal Performance, and Mechanical Stability. With its improved flow, low warpage behavior, and regulatory compliance, it provides a dependable solution for General Purpose Engineering Applications.
