NORYL™ EM7301F PPE+HIPS Resin is a 10% Glass Reinforced Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend developed specifically for Automotive Interior Applications. This material combines Stiffness, Impact Strength, and Low Warpage with excellent surface quality, making it well suited for components requiring both Structural Performance and Visual Appearance.

Interior automotive materials must meet strict requirements for long-term durability and assembly compatibility. This grade is designed with Low Creep Sensitivity and strong Hydrolytic Stability, ensuring consistent performance under temperature fluctuations and humidity exposure, supporting Long-Term Interior Reliability.

NORYL™ EM7301F PPE+HIPS Resin offers a strong balance of mechanical properties while maintaining High Flow characteristics for efficient molding. Its formulation allows easy filling of complex geometries, enabling manufacturers to produce detailed components with improved Manufacturing Efficiency and consistent dimensional accuracy.
