NORYL™ EN265 PPE+HIPS Resin is a Non‑reinforced Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend designed with a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant System. This material delivers a strong combination of High Impact Resistance, Hydrolytic Stability, and Dimensional Stability, making it suitable for applications requiring reliable performance in safety‑critical environments.
Flame retardant materials without reinforcement must balance toughness and stability without relying on glass fiber. This grade achieves that balance through optimized polymer structure, offering Low Moisture Absorption and consistent mechanical behavior. These characteristics help maintain part geometry over time, supporting Long‑Term Structural Reliability.
NORYL™ EN265 PPE+HIPS Resin provides dependable Impact Strength while maintaining Low Warpage during processing and use. Its non‑reinforced composition allows for smoother flow and easier molding, enabling manufacturers to produce components with improved surface quality and Manufacturing Consistency.
Thermal and environmental performance is enhanced by the inherent properties of PPE‑based materials.
