NORYL™ FE1410PW Reinforced FDA Hydrolytic Stability PPE + ccPS Blend

Good Impact, Low Moisture Absorption & Long Term Hydrolytic Stability

NORYL™ FE1410PW PPE+Ccps Resin is a 10% Glass Reinforced Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and Syndiotactic Polystyrene (Ccps) Blend developed for applications requiring Hydrolytic Stability, Dimensional Stability, and Low Warpage. This material is engineered for Water-Related Environments, delivering reliable Mechanical performance while maintaining Stability under Long-Term Exposure.

Materials used in Water Contact applications must maintain consistent Properties under Moisture exposure and Continuous Service Conditions. This Grade is designed with Low Creep Sensitivity and Strong Long-Term Hydrolytic Stability, ensuring reliable performance without Structural Degradation, supporting Extended Service Life in Wet Environments.

NORYL™ FE1410PW PPE+Ccps Resin provides enhanced Stiffness and Dimensional Control through its Glass Reinforcement, allowing components to retain Shape under Mechanical Load. Its balanced Mechanical Profile supports Structural applications where maintaining Geometry is critical for Operational Reliability.
Processing behaviour is optimized to reduce deformation during Molding, Contributing to Low Warpage and consistent Part Quality. The formulation enables stable Flow and Predictable Processing, helping manufacturers achieve Improved Manufacturing Consistency and reduced Variation across Production Cycles.

NORYL™ FE1410PW PPE+Ccps Resin Achieves UL94 HB Rating from 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, supporting General-Purpose Flame performance Requirements. It also offers good Resistance to Moisture-Related degradation and maintains performance under repeated exposure to Water. In addition, NORYL™ FE1410PW is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.

From an application Perspective, this material is well suited for Water System Components, Fluid Handling Parts, and Structural Housings requiring Durability and Dimensional Stability. Its ability to Combine Hydrolytic Resistance with Mechanical Strength makes it a practical Choice for demanding Industrial Environments.

NORYL™ FE1410PW PPE+Ccps Resin ultimately delivers a reliable combination of Hydrolytic Stability, Low Warpage, and Mechanical Strength. With its Reinforced Structure, Water Resistance, and Regulatory Compliance, it supports applications requiring Long-Term performance in Moisture-Exposed Conditions.
