NORYL™ FP3060 PPE+HIPS Resin is a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant Blend engineered for applications requiring High Flow Processing, Dimensional Stability, and Flame Retardancy. This Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) material is optimized for Large Component Manufacturing where consistent performance and Structural Integrity are Essential.

Materials used in Large Enclosure applications must maintain consistent properties during Molding and Long-Term use. This Grade is designed to Offer excellent Flow Characteristics, allowing easier Filling of Complex and Thick Geometries while maintaining Low Warpage and stable Part Geometry, supporting efficient Manufacturing and reliable Assembly.

NORYL™ FP3060 PPE+HIPS Resin provides Strong Dimensional Stability combined with good Mechanical Performance, ensuring components retain their Shape under Load and Thermal Variation. Its High Flow capability enables uniform Mold Filling, reducing Defects and Improving Surface Consistency, which is critical for Large Structural Parts.

Processing Efficiency is further enhanced by its ability to maintain stable Viscosity during Molding. This allows manufacturers to Produce Large Housings and Enclosures with Improved Repeatability and reduced Cycle Variation, Contributing to Better Manufacturing Consistency and Overall Production Efficiency.

NORYL™ FP3060 PPE+HIPS Resin Achieves UL94 V-0 Rating at 2.50 mm Thickness, supporting applications requiring Strong Flame Retardant performance without Halogenated Additives. This Non Halogen formulation aligns with Modern Safety and Environmental Requirements. In addition, NORYL™ FP3060 is RoHS Compliant, supporting Global Environmental Standards.

From an application Perspective, this material is well suited for Large Electrical Enclosures, Industrial Housings, and Structural components requiring Flame Resistance and Dimensional Control. Its combination of High Flow and Stability allows Engineers to Design Larger Parts without Compromising Performance.
