NORYL™ GFN1720 High Heat Resistant 20% Glass Filled PPE + HIPS Blend

Balance Impact Strength, Electrical Performance & Dimension Stability

NORYL™ GFN1720 PPE + HIPS Resin is a High Heat Resistant engineering Thermoplastic Designed for applications that require Thermal Stability and Reliable Electrical Insulation. This material uses a Reinforced PPE + HIPS Resin System to maintain oerformance in elevated Temperature Environments where Dimensional Control is Important.

Strength and Stability are enhanced by the 20% Glass Fiber Reinforcement used in NORYL™ GFN1720 PPE + HIPS Resin, helping components retain shape and Mechanical Integrity under Heat Exposure. This Reinforcement supports Balanced Impact Strength while reducing Deformation in Parts Subjected to Thermal Stress.

Electrical Performance is a Key Advantage when using NORYL™ GFN1720 PPE + HIPS Resin in Insulation or Electrically Sensitive applications. The material provides Consistent Electrical Properties, making it suitable for Components that must maintain Performance without Compromising Safety or Reliability.

Thermal Capability and Dimensional Stability Allow NORYL™ GFN1720 PPE + HIPS Resin to perform eell in High Heat applications while supporting predictable Processing behaviour. Low Warpage Helps maintain Proper Fit and Alignment in Molded Parts, even after repeated Thermal Cycling.

Flame Classification for NORYL™ GFN1720 PPE + HIPS Resin is defined by its UL Rating. NORYL™ GFN1720 are UL94-HB Rated @ 1.5 mm ~ 3.00 mm, supporting use in applications where baseline Flame Performance is required without Specialized Flame Retardant Systems.

From an Environmental Perspective, NORYL™ GFN1720 PPE + HIPS Resin is a ROHS Compliant Material, supporting use in Products that must meet Global Environmental and Hazardous Substance Regulations while maintaining Thermal and Electrical Performance.
