NORYL™ GFN1F PPE+HIPS Resin is a 10% Glass Reinforced Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend developed for applications requiring FDA Compliance, Hydrolytic Stability, and Dimensional Stability. This General Purpose material combines Structural Strength with Low Density, making it suitable for components Needing Lightweight Design and Regulatory Compliance.

Materials used in Food Contact and Outdoor applications must maintain consistent properties under Moisture Exposure, Temperature Variation, and Environmental Conditions. This Grade is engineered with Low Creep Sensitivity and Strong Hydrolytic Stability, ensuring reliable performance without degradation over time, supporting Long-Term Stability in Regulated Environments.

NORYL™ GFN1F PPE+HIPS Resin provides enhanced Stiffness and Improved Dimensional Control through its Glass Reinforcement, allowing Parts to maintain Geometry under Load. Its balanced Mechanical properties support applications requiring both
Structural Strength and reduced Weight, Contributing to efficient Structural Performance.
Processing characteristics are optimized to deliver Low Warpage behavior and consistent Mold Filling. This enables Improved Part Accuracy and stable Geometry across Production Cycles, helping manufacturers achieve Better Manufacturing Consistency and High-Quality Surface Finishes.
