NORYL™ GFN30F PPE+HIPS Resin is a 30% Glass Reinforced Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend engineered for applications requiring FDA Compliance, Maximum Stiffness, and Dimensional Stability. This High Reinforcement Grade provides Strong Structural performance while maintaining Low Specific Gravity, making it suitable for components where Strength and Compliance must be achieved simultaneously.

Materials used in Food Contact and Outdoor applications must maintain consistent properties under Moisture Exposure, Temperature Variation, and Mechanical Load. This Grade is designed with Strong Hydrolytic Stability and Low Creep Sensitivity, ensuring reliable performance without deformation over time, supporting Long-Term Stability in Regulated Environments.

NORYL™ GFN30F PPE+HIPS Resin delivers Superior Stiffness and Load-Bearing capability due to its 30% Glass Reinforcement, allowing components to retain Precise Geometry under Stress. This makes it Ideal for applications requiring High Structural Integrity and Resistance to Mechanical Deformation.

Processing characteristics are optimized to maintain Low Warpage behavior despite High Reinforcement Content. The formulation allows controlled Shrinkage and consistent Mold Filling, enabling accurate Part Geometry and Repeatable Production Performance, which contributes to Improved Manufacturing Consistency and Dimensional Control.

NORYL™ GFN30F PPE+HIPS Resin Achieves UL94 HB Rating from 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, supporting General-Purpose Flame performance Requirements. It also provides reliable Electrical properties and Resistance to Environmental Stress. In addition, NORYL™ GFN30F is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.

From an application Perspective, this material is well suited for Food Contact Components, High Strength Structural Parts, and Outdoor Housings requiring Durability and Compliance. Its Higher Reinforcement Level supports applications where Mechanical Strength and Dimensional Stability are Critical.
