NORYL™ GFN3F PPE+HIPS Resin is a 30% Glass Reinforced Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend developed for applications requiring FDA Compliance, High Stiffness, and Dimensional Stability. This General Purpose material combines Strong Reinforcement with Low Density, making it suitable for components where Mechanical Strength and Regulatory performance must be achieved together.

Materials used in Food Contact and Outdoor applications must maintain consistent properties under Moisture Exposure, Temperature Variation, and Mechanical Stress. This Grade is engineered with Strong Hydrolytic Stability and Low Creep Sensitivity, ensuring reliable performance without degradation over time, supporting Long-Term Stability in Regulated Environments.

NORYL™ GFN3F PPE+HIPS Resin provides Superior Structural Rigidity and enhanced Load Resistance through its 30% Glass Reinforcement, enabling components to maintain Shape under demanding Conditions. This makes it particularly suitable for applications requiring High Strength with Dimensional Accuracy.

Processing characteristics are designed to Minimize Low Warpage behaviour while maintaining consistent Mold Filling across Complex Geometries. The formulation supports stable Shrinkage and Repeatable Results, allowing manufacturers to achieve Improved Manufacturing Consistency and controlled Part Quality.

NORYL™ GFN3F PPE+HIPS Resin Achieves UL94 HB Rating from 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, supporting General-Purpose Flame performance Requirements. It also maintains reliable Electrical properties and Resistance to Environmental Exposure. In addition, NORYL™ GFN3F is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.

From an application Perspective, this material is well suited for Food Contact Components, Structural Housings, and Outdoor Parts requiring Durability and Compliance. Its combination of High Reinforcement and Moisture Resistance enables reliable performance in demanding Industrial Environments.
