NORYL™ GFN3L PPE+HIPS Resin is a 30% Glass Reinforced Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend engineered for applications requiring High Stiffness, Dimensional Stability, and Lightweight Performance. This General Purpose material offers Strong Structural capability while maintaining Low Specific Gravity, making it suitable for components where Strength and Weight Efficiency are Critical.

Materials used in Outdoor and Structural applications must maintain consistent properties under Moisture Exposure, Temperature Variation, and Mechanical Stress. This Grade is designed with Hydrolytic Stability and Low Creep Sensitivity, ensuring reliable performance without deformation over time, supporting Long-Term Structural Stability.

NORYL™ GFN3L PPE+HIPS Resin delivers High Rigidity and Load-Bearing capability due to its 30% Glass Reinforcement, allowing components to maintain Shape under demanding Conditions. Its balanced formulation supports applications requiring Maximum Strength with Dimensional Accuracy, making it suitable for Heavy-Duty Structural uses.

Processing characteristics are optimized to Control Low Warpage behavior despite High Reinforcement Levels. The material enables stable Flow and consistent Shrinkage, supporting accurate Part Geometry and Repeatable Outcomes, Contributing to Improved Manufacturing Consistency and Quality Control.

NORYL™ GFN3L PPE+HIPS Resin Achieves UL94 HB Rating from 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, supporting General-Purpose Flame performance Requirements. It also maintains reliable Electrical properties and Resistance to Environmental Stress. in addition, NORYL™ GFN3L is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.
