Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated FR, Good Impact & Dimension Stability

NORYL™ HFM3015P PPE+HIPS Resin is a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant Blend engineered with 30% combined Glass and Mineral Reinforcement for enhanced Dimensional Stability and Moisture Resistance. This Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) material is designed to deliver stable Mechanical performance in applications requiring Structural Strength and Flame Retardancy.

Materials used in Electrical and Structural applications must maintain consistent properties under Moisture Exposure, Thermal Variation, and Mechanical Stress. This Grade is formulated with Low Moisture Absorption and Strong Dimensional Stability, ensuring reliable performance without Deformation, supporting Long-Term Structural Reliability.

NORYL™ HFM3015P PPE+HIPS Resin provides enhanced Rigidity and Load distribution through its Hybrid Reinforcement System, combining Glass Fiber Strength with Mineral Reinforcement Benefits. This allows Improved Stiffness while maintaining controlled Shrinkage, making it suitable for applications requiring stable Structural Performance.

Processing characteristics are optimized to reduce Low Warpage behaviour and enable consistent Mold Filling across Complex Geometries. The formulation supports Predictable Flow and uniform Part Formation, Contributing to Improved Manufacturing Consistency and Part Accuracy.

NORYL™ HFM3015P PPE+HIPS Resin Achieves UL94 V-1 Rating from 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, supporting Flame Retardant requirements for Industrial and Electrical applications. Its Non Halogen formulation allows safer material selection without Brominated or Chlorinated Additives. In addition, NORYL™ HFM3015P is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.

From an application Perspective, this material is well suited for Electrical Housings, Structural Components, and Industrial Enclosures requiring Flame Resistance and Dimensional Stability. Its combination of Glass and Mineral Reinforcement enables improved performance in applications exposed to Mechanical Load and Environmental Conditions.
