NORYL™ HFM3020H Mineral and Glass Reinforced PPE + HIPS UL94 FR Blend

Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated FR, Good Impact & Dimension Stability

NORYL™ HM3020H PPE+HIPS Resin is a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant Blend engineered with 20% Glass Reinforcement and 10% Mica Reinforcement to deliver enhanced Stiffness, Low Warpage, and Dimensional Stability. This Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) material is designed for applications requiring reliable Structural performance combined with Flame Retardant Characteristics.

Materials used in Electrical and Structural applications must maintain consistent properties under Thermal Exposure, Moisture Conditions, and Mechanical Stress. This Grade is formulated with Low Creep Sensitivity and stable Dimensional Behavior, ensuring reliable performance without Deformation, supporting Long-Term Structural Stability.

NORYL™ HM3020H PPE+HIPS Resin provides Strong Rigidity and Load-Bearing capability through its Hybrid Reinforcement System. The combination of Glass Fiber and Mica Improves Stiffness while Controlling Shrinkage, allowing components to maintain Shape under Stress and supporting Precision Structural Performance.

Processing characteristics are optimized to achieve Low Warpage behavior and consistent Part Formation. The formulation enables stable Flow and uniform Mold Filling, reducing Internal Stress and Improving Manufacturing Consistency across Production Cycles.

NORYL™ HM3020H PPE+HIPS Resin Achieves UL94 V-1 Rating from 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, supporting applications requiring Flame Retardant Performance. Its Non Halogen formulation provides a safer Alternative without Brominated or Chlorinated Additives. in addition, NORYL™ HM3020H is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.

From an application Perspective, this material is well suited for Electrical Housings, Structural Components, and Industrial Enclosures requiring Flame Resistance and Dimensional Stability. Its Hybrid Reinforcement allows improved performance in applications exposed to Continuous Load and Environmental Stress.
