NORYL™ HFM4025H Mineral and Glass Reinforced PPE + HIPS UL94 FR Blend

Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated FR, Good Impact & Dimension Stability

NORYL™ HM4025H PPE + HIPS Resin is a Mineral and Glass Reinforced, Non Halogenated Flame Retardant engineering Thermoplastic intended for applications where structural Rigidity and Dimensional Stability are required in combination with controlled Flame Performance.

This Grade is formulated using a PPE + HIPS Resin System Reinforced with 25% Glass Filled and 15% Mica, supporting High Mechanical Stability without the use of Brominated or Chlorinated Flame Retardants.

The reinforcement strategy used in NORYL™ HM4025H PPE + HIPS Resin combines Glass Reinforced for Stiffness and Mica for Dimensional Control, resulting in reduced Creep Sensitivity under Sustained Load. This Hybrid Reinforcement approach helps maintain Shape Retention and Mechanical Integrity in components subjected to Long Term Stress or Elevated Service Conditions.

Dimensional Accuracy is further enhanced by the Low Warpage characteristics of NORYL™ HM4025H PPE + HIPS Resin, allowing Molded Parts to maintain consistent geometry across Processing and End use Environments. Good Impact Performance is retained despite the High Reinforcement content, supporting reliable use in Structural and Functional engineering components.

Flame Performance behavior of NORYL™ HM4025H PPE + HIPS Resin is defined by its Certified Non Halogenated Formulation. NORYL™ HM4025H are UL94-V1 Rated, 1.5 mm ~ 3.00 mm, indicating suitability for applications that require verified Flame Resistance alongside Reinforced Mechanical Performance.

Regulatory and Environmental alignment is achieved through the ROHS Compliant Status of NORYL™ HM4025H PPE + HIPS Resin, supporting adoption in Programs Subject to Global Environmental and Hazardous Substance requirements. This Compliance Complements the Material’s Reinforced Structure, Flame Classification, and Long Term Dimensional Reliability.
