NORYL™ HMC1010 PPE Resin is a 10% Carbon Reinforced Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) material engineered for applications requiring Electrical Conductivity, Lightweight Performance, and Flame Retardancy. This Advanced formulation combines Structural Strength with Functional Conductivity, making it suitable for components where Weight Reduction and Electrical Control are Essential.

Materials used in Electrically Sensitive and Structural applications must maintain consistent properties under Thermal Exposure, Mechanical Stress, and Environmental Conditions. This Grade is developed with Carbon Reinforcement to deliver controlled Conductivity while maintaining High Strength, ensuring reliable performance in demanding Environments.

NORYL™ HMC1010 PPE Resin provides Effective Electrical Conductivity for Static Dissipation and controlled Electrical Behavior. at the same time, it maintains Strong Mechanical Strength and Dimensional Stability, enabling components to perform reliably in applications requiring both Structural Integrity and Functional Performance.

Processing characteristics are optimized to ensure uniform Dispersion of Conductive Fillers and stable Molding Behavior. This enables consistent Electrical performance across Parts while maintaining accurate Geometry, Contributing to improved Manufacturing Consistency and Product Reliability.

NORYL™ HMC1010 PPE Resin Achieves UL94 V-1 Rating from 2.00 mm to 2.30 mm Thickness, supporting Flame Retardant requirements for Electrical and Industrial applications. Its Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated formulation aligns with Modern Safety and Environmental Standards. In addition, NORYL™ HMC1010 is RoHS Compliant, supporting Global Environmental Standards.

From an application Perspective, this material is well suited for ESD Components, Electrical Housings, and Lightweight Structural Parts requiring Conductivity and Durability. Its balanced combination of Weight Reduction and Mechanical Strength supports Advanced Engineering Designs.
