NORYL™ LS6010 PPE+HIPS Resin is a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend engineered for applications requiring Low Smoke Emission, Heat Resistance, and Lightweight Performance. This material is designed to meet Stringent Safety Requirements, including FAR 25.853 Compliance, making it suitable for Aerospace and Transportation Environments.

Materials used in Aerospace and Transportation applications must maintain consistent properties under Thermal Exposure, Flame Conditions, and Environmental Stress. This Grade is formulated to Minimize Smoke Generation while maintaining Strong Thermal Stability and Structural Integrity, ensuring reliable performance in Safety-Critical Environments.

NORYL™ LS6010 PPE+HIPS Resin provides balanced Impact Strength and improved Dimensional Stability, supporting components that must retain Geometry under Mechanical and Thermal Loading. Its Impact-Modified formulation enhances Toughness, making it suitable for applications requiring Durability under Stress Conditions.

Processing characteristics are optimized for stable Flow and controlled Shrinkage, enabling accurate Molding of Complex Parts. This supports improved Manufacturing Consistency and helps maintain Surface Quality, even in demanding Production Environments where Precision is Critical.

NORYL™ LS6010 PPE+HIPS Resin Achieves UL94 V-0 Rating from 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, supporting High-Level Flame Retardant Performance. Its Non Halogen formulation contributes to Lower Smoke Generation and improved Safety Compliance. In addition, NORYL™ LS6010 is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.
