NORYL™ LTA6020 PPE+HIPS Resin is a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend engineered for applications requiring High Heat Resistance, Long-Term Aging Stability, and Low Moisture Uptake. This material is designed to maintain Mechanical performance over Extended Service Life under Challenging Environmental Conditions.
Materials used in Outdoor and High Temperature applications must maintain consistent properties under Thermal Exposure, Moisture Conditions, and Long-Term Aging. This Grade is formulated with Low Moisture Absorption and stable Polymer Characteristics, ensuring reliable performance while Retaining Mechanical Integrity over time, supporting Long-Term Durability in Harsh Environments.
NORYL™ LTA6020 PPE+HIPS Resin provides excellent Thermal Stability and sustained Mechanical Strength during Prolonged exposure to Elevated Temperatures. Its Structure is optimized to Resist Degradation, making it suitable for applications requiring Long-Term Property Retention and stable performance over Extended Service Periods.
Processing characteristics are designed for controlled Flow and Predictable Shrinkage, enabling consistent Molding and accurate Part Geometry. This contributes to improve Manufacturing Consistency while minimizing Deformation, ensuring Better Dimensional Control during Production.
