Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated FR, Low Warpage & Moisture Absorption

NORYL™ N1050 PPE+HIPS Resin is a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend engineered for applications requiring Impact Strength, Dimensional Stability, and Low Moisture Absorption. as an Unreinforced Grade, it provides a balanced performance Profile while maintaining consistent Processing and Mechanical Reliability.

Materials used in Electrical and General Purpose applications must maintain consistent properties under Moisture Exposure, Thermal Conditions, and Mechanical Stress. This Grade is formulated with Low Moisture Sensitivity and stable Polymer Behaviour, ensuring reliable performance without deformation or Degradation, supporting Long-Term Dimensional Stability.

NORYL™ N1050 PPE+HIPS Resin delivers Strong Impact performance while maintaining Low Warpage Behaviour, allowing components to retain Geometry during Molding and in Service. Its Unreinforced Structure enables Better Flow and uniform Part Formation, making it suitable for applications requiring consistent Processing and Surface Quality.

Processing characteristics are optimized for Smooth Mold Filling and controlled Shrinkage, reducing Internal Stress and Improving Part Consistency. This contributes to improve Manufacturing Consistency and helps achieve reliable results in High-Volume Production Environments.

NORYL™ N1050 PPE+HIPS Resin Achieves UL94 V-0 Rating from 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, supporting applications requiring High-Level Flame Retardant Performance. Its Non Halogen formulation offers a safer and Environmentally Responsible Solution. In addition, NORYL™ N1050 is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.

From an application Perspective, this material is well suited for Electrical Housings, Consumer Components, and General Purpose Parts requiring Flame Resistance and stable Performance. Its balance of Impact Strength and Processability supports Flexible Design across Multiple Industries.
