NORYL™ N110 ECE Dashboard Impact Standard Listed PPE + HIPS Blend

NORYL™ N110 PPE+HIPS Resin is a Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend developed for demanding Automotive Body Panel applications requiring Impact Performance, Dimensional Stability, and Surface Quality. This material is engineered to deliver reliable Mechanical Strength while Meeting Specific Industry Standards for Automotive Safety and Durability.

Materials used in Automotive Exterior and Interior Systems must maintain consistent properties under Impact Events, Thermal Exposure, and Environmental Conditions. This Grade is designed to meet the ECE Dashboard Impact Test Requirements, ensuring reliable performance under sudden Load Conditions, supporting Safety and Structural Integrity in Automotive Designs.

NORYL™ N110 PPE+HIPS Resin provides excellent Impact Strength while maintaining stable Dimensional Control, allowing components to Absorb Energy without Cracking or Deformation. Its balanced Mechanical Profile supports applications requiring Durability and controlled deformation behavior for improved Passenger Safety.

Processing characteristics are optimized to achieve Low Warpage behavior and consistent Mold Filling, enabling accurate Part Geometry and High-Quality Surface Finish. This supports improved Manufacturing Consistency and makes it suitable for Large and Visible Automotive Components.

NORYL™ N110 PPE+HIPS Resin Achieves UL94 HB Rating from 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, supporting General-Purpose Flame performance requirements for Automotive applications. Its stable Structure maintains performance under Typical Vehicle Operating Conditions. In addition, NORYL™ N110 is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.
