NORYL™ N1250 PPE+HIPS Resin is a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend engineered for applications requiring Thin Wall Capability, Low Moisture Absorption, and Dimensional Stability. This material is optimized to support Precise Molding of Complex Geometries while maintaining Strong Mechanical Performance.

Materials used in Thin Wall applications must maintain consistent properties during High Flow Processing, Rapid Cooling, and Dimensional Shrinkage Control. This Grade is designed with Low Moisture Sensitivity and stable Flow Behavior, ensuring reliable performance without Deformation, supporting accurate Thin Wall Part Formation.

NORYL™ N1250 PPE+HIPS Resin provides Strong Impact Resistance combined with excellent Dimensional Control, enabling components to maintain Shape even at reduced Wall Thickness. Its formulation supports applications where both Lightweight Design and Structural Strength are Essential for Precision Engineering Performance.

Processing characteristics are optimized for High Flow behavior and Smooth Mold Filling, allowing efficient Production of Intricate Thin-Wall Parts. This contributes to improve Manufacturing Consistency and reduces the Risk of Defects such as Short Shots or Warpage.

NORYL™ N1250 PPE+HIPS Resin Achieves UL94 V-0 Rating from 0.75 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, confirming its suitability for Flame-Sensitive applications even in Thin Sections. Its Non Halogen formulation provides a safer material Alternative without Brominated or Chlorinated Additives. In addition, NORYL™ N1250 is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.
