NORYL™ N190 PPE + HIPS Resin is a High Heat, Outdoor Flame Retardant engineering Thermoplastic developed for applications requiring Long Term Thermal Resistance and certified Flame Performance. This PPE + HIPS Resin system utilizes a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant formulation designed to meet safety requirements while preserving Mechanical reliability in Outdoor Environments.
Thermal and Mechanical Performance are central characteristics of NORYL™ N190 PPE + HIPS Resin, supporting use in applications exposed to elevated temperatures and environmental stress. High Impact Strength is maintained alongside Flame Resistance, allowing components to withstand physical loads without Sacrificing Structural Integrity.
Moisture Related Stability is addressed through the Low Moisture absorption and Hydrolytic Stability of NORYL™ N190 PPE + HIPS Resin, reducing property changes during Outdoor Exposure. These Characteristics assist in maintaining Dimensional Accuracy and appearance in conditions where Humidity, Rain, or Thermal Cycling are present.
Dimensional Control in Molded Components is enhanced by the Low Warpage behavior associated with NORYL™ N190 PPE + HIPS Resin, enabling consistent Part Geometry across Processing and End use Conditions. This stability supports Outdoor Designs where Fit, Alignment, and Long Term Performance are critical.
Certified Flame Performance of NORYL™ N190 PPE + HIPS Resin is confirmed through its UL Classification. NORYL™ N190 are UL94-V0 Rated at1.5 mm ~ 6.00 mm, demonstrating robust Flame Retardant behavior suitable for Outdoor applications requiring verified Fire Safety without Halogenated additives.
