NORYL™ N190X PPE+HIPS Resin is a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend engineered for applications requiring High Heat Resistance, Hydrolytic Stability, and Impact Strength. This material is designed for demanding Environments where Long-Term performance and Structural reliability are Essential.

Materials used in Outdoor and Electrical applications must maintain consistent properties under Moisture Exposure, Thermal Conditions, and Environmental Stress. This Grade is formulated with Low Moisture Absorption and Strong Hydrolytic Stability, ensuring reliable performance without Degradation, supporting Long-Term Outdoor Durability.

NORYL™ N190X PPE+HIPS Resin provides Strong Impact Resistance while maintaining stable Dimensional Control, allowing components to retain Geometry under Mechanical Load. Its Mechanical balance supports applications requiring Durability and Structural Integrity in Environments exposed to Heat and Moisture.

Processing characteristics are optimized to achieve Low Warpage behavior and consistent Mold Filling, enabling accurate Part Geometry and stable Shrinkage. This contributes to improved Manufacturing Consistency and helps maintain Quality across Large-Scale Production.
