NORYL™ N300X PPE + HIPS Resin is a High Performance Outdoor Flame Retardant engineering Thermoplastic Intended for applications where Fire Safety, Environmental Resistance, and Thermal endurance must be addressed simultaneously. The Special PPE + HIPS Resin system employs a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant formulation designed to maintain Structural Integrity in demanding Exterior Conditions.
Flame Retardant Behavior of NORYL™ N300X PPE + HIPS Resin is Integrated with Mechanical Robustness, allowing Components to Perform Reliably while Meeting Stringent Fire Safety Expectations. the material retains High Impact Strength even in elevated Temperature Environments, supporting durable Performance under both Thermal and Mechanical Stress.
Environmental Exposure Performance is strengthened through the Low Moisture Absorption and Hydrolytic Stability of NORYL™ N300X PPE + HIPS Resin, helping preserve Mechanical Properties and Surface Integrity over time. These Characteristics are sspecially important in Outdoor Installations where Humidity, Rain, and Thermal Cycling are common.
Part Geometry consistency is supported by the Low Warpage characteristics associated with NORYL™ N300X PPE + HIPS Resin, enabling reliable dimensional control across processing and service conditions.
