NORYL™ N802 Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated FR PPE + HIPS UL94 Blend

NORYL™ N802 PPE+HIPS Resin is a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend engineered for applications requiring High Flow Processing, Impact Resistance, and Dimensional Stability. This material is optimized for Thin Section components where controlled Flow and Structural performance must be achieved simultaneously.

Materials used in Thin Wall and Electrical applications must maintain consistent properties under Rapid Processing, Thermal Conditions, and Mechanical Stress. This Grade is designed with Low Specific Gravity and stable Flow Behaviour, ensuring reliable performance during Molding while supporting efficient Thin Section Manufacturing.

NORYL™ N802 PPE+HIPS Resin provides balanced Impact performance while maintaining excellent High Flow Characteristics, enabling efficient Filling of Complex Geometries and Thin Sections. Its formulation supports applications where Precision Molding and Lightweight Design are Essential for performance and Manufacturability.

Processing characteristics are optimized for Smooth Flow and reduced Viscosity, helping Minimize Defects such as Short Shots or Incomplete Filling. This contributes to improved Manufacturing Consistency and allows accurate Reproduction of Fine Details in High-Volume Production.

NORYL™ N802 PPE+HIPS Resin Achieves UL94 V-2 Rating from 0.80 mm to 1.40 mm Thickness, supporting Flame Retardant requirements for Thinner Wall applications. Its Non Halogen formulation aligns with Modern Safety and Environmental Standards. In addition, NORYL™ N802 is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.

From an application Perspective, this material is well suited for Thin Wall Electrical Components, Lightweight Housings, and Precision Molded Parts requiring Flame Resistance and reliable Flow Performance. Its combination of Impact Strength and Processability supports efficient Production of Compact Designs.
