NORYL™ N850 High Impact Flame Retardant PPE + HIPS High Flow Blend

Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated FR, Low Warpage & Moisture Absorption

NORYL™ N850 PPE+HIPS Resin is a High Flow Polyphenylene Ether and High Impact Polystyrene Blend designed for applications requiring Impact Strength, Dimensional Stability, and Outdoor Durability. The formulation incorporates a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant System, allowing the material to deliver reliable performance while supporting efficient Processing of Larger or Complex Components.

In Environments where Moisture, Temperature Variation, and Outdoor exposure are Present, material Stability becomes Critical. This Grade is engineered with Low Moisture Sensitivity, helping maintain consistent properties over time. The Result is Dependable performance without Degradation, supporting Long Term Outdoor applications.

A combination of Strong Impact Resistance and High Flow behaviour makes the material well suited for demanding Molding Conditions. NORYL™ N850 enables efficient Filling of Thick Sections and Intricate Geometries, allowing manufacturers to produce durable components without Compromising Processing Efficiency.

Processing performance is further supported by controlled Shrinkage and stable Flow Characteristics. These features Help Minimize Warpage and maintain accurate Part Geometry, Improving Consistency across Production Runs and reducing Defects in High Volume Manufacturing.

From a Safety Standpoint, the material Achieves UL94 V 0 Rating from 1.50 mm to 6.00 mm Thickness, offering reliable Flame Resistance across a Broad Range. Its Non Halogenated formulation aligns with Modern Environmental and Safety Expectations, and the material is also RoHS Compliant.

Typical applications include Outdoor Electrical Components, Industrial Housings, and Structural Parts where Flame Resistance and Mechanical Durability are required. The balance of Toughness and Processability supports efficient Production of robust components in demanding Operating Environments.

NORYL™ N850 PPE+HIPS Resin delivers a Well Balanced combination of Flame Retardancy, High Flow Processability, and Impact Performance. With its Durability, Dimensional Stability, and Regulatory Compliance, it provides a practical Solution for General Engineering applications requiring both Strength and Manufacturing Efficiency.
