NORYL™ NC208 PPE Resin is an 8% Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) material engineered for applications requiring Electrical Conductivity, Lightweight Strength, and Flame Retardancy. This Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated formulation delivers a unique combination of Structural performance and Functional Conductivity, making it suitable for Advanced Engineering Environments.

Materials used in Electrically Sensitive and Lightweight Structural applications must maintain consistent properties under Mechanical Stress, Thermal Exposure, and Environmental Conditions. This Grade is designed with Carbon Fiber Reinforcement to provide enhanced Strength and reduced Weight, ensuring reliable performance in demanding applications.

NORYL™ NC208 PPE Resin provides Effective Electrical Conductivity through Carbon Filler Integration, enabling controlled Electrostatic Discharge and stable Electrical Behavior. at the same time, it maintains Strong Structural Integrity and Dimensional Stability, supporting applications requiring both Functional performance and Mechanical Strength.

Processing characteristics are optimized to support uniform Dispersion of Conductive Fibers while maintaining Smooth Flow Behavior. This ensures stable material performance and consistent Part Quality, Contributing to improved Manufacturing Consistency and reliable Electrical Functionality.

NORYL™ NC208 PPE Resin Achieves UL94 V-1 Rating at 1.50 mm Thickness, supporting Flame Retardant requirements for Electrical and Industrial Components. Its Non Halogen formulation aligns with Modern Safety and Environmental Expectations. In addition, NORYL™ NC208 is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.

From an application Perspective, this material is well suited for Electrical Components, ESD Sensitive Equipment, and Lightweight Structural Parts requiring Conductivity and Durability.
