NORYL™ NCF1010 PPE+HIPS Resin is a Structural Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend engineered with a Triple Reinforcement System Consisting of 10% Glass Fiber, 10% Carbon Fiber, and 10% PTFE. This Advanced formulation is designed to deliver High Strength, Wear Resistance, and Dimensional Stability for demanding Structural and Mechanical applications.
Materials used in Wear Intensive and Structural applications must maintain consistent properties under Mechanical Load, Friction, and Thermal Conditions. This Grade is developed with a Synergistic Blend of Reinforcements to provide enhanced Durability and stable Performance, ensuring reliable Operation in applications where Surface Wear and Mechanical Stress are Critical, supporting Long-Term Component Life.
NORYL™ NCF1010 PPE+HIPS Resin provides a unique balance of Impact Strength and Ductility through its Hybrid Filler System. Glass Fiber contributes Structural Stiffness, Carbon Fiber enhances Strength and Conductivity Characteristics, while PTFE Improves Wear Resistance and Low Friction Behavior, making it Ideal for applications requiring Durability with reduced Surface Degradation.
Processing characteristics are optimized to ensure uniform Filler distribution and stable Molding Behavior. The formulation supports consistent Part Geometry and controlled Shrinkage, Contributing to improved Manufacturing Consistency and reliable Dimensional Accuracy across Production Cycles.
NORYL™ NCF1010 PPE+HIPS Resin Achieves UL94 HB Rating from 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, supporting General-Purpose Flame performance Requirements. It also maintains Strong Mechanical performance under Continuous use Conditions. In addition, NORYL™ NCF1010 is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.
From an application Perspective, this material is well suited for Wear Components, Mechanical Systems, Structural Housings, and Industrial Parts requiring Durability and reduced Friction. Its Multi-Reinforcement Design supports applications where both Load-Bearing capability and Surface performance are Essential.
