NORYL™ NCF1520 PPE+HIPS Resin is a Structural Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend engineered with 20% Glass Fiber and 15% PTFE Reinforcement for enhanced Wear Resistance, Dimensional Stability, and Mechanical Strength. This formulation is designed to provide reliable performance in applications requiring Durability under Friction and Load Conditions.

Materials used in Wear Intensive and Structural applications must maintain consistent properties under Mechanical Load, Frictional Contact, and Thermal Conditions. This Grade is developed with Low Creep Sensitivity and Strong material Stability, ensuring reliable performance while minimizing Deformation, supporting Long-Term Durability under Repetitive Stress.

NORYL™ NCF1520 PPE+HIPS Resin delivers an optimized balance of Impact Strength and Ductility while Enhancing Surface Wear Resistance through PTFE Content. The Glass Fiber Reinforcement Improves Stiffness and Load-Bearing Capability, making it suitable for applications requiring Structural Integrity with reduced Surface Degradation.

Processing characteristics are tuned to ensure stable Flow behavior and uniform Filler Distribution, supporting accurate Part Geometry and consistent Quality. This contributes to improved Manufacturing Consistency and reliable performance across Production Cycles, even for Complex Designs.

NORYL™ NCF1520 PPE+HIPS Resin Achieves UL94 HB Rating from 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, supporting General-Purpose Flame performance Requirements. It maintains Mechanical Stability during Continuous use while offering enhanced Resistance to Wear and Friction. In addition, NORYL™ NCF1520 is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.
