NORYL™ NH4050 PPE+HIPS Resin is a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend engineered for applications requiring Chemical Resistance, Hydrolytic Stability, and Flame Retardancy. This material is specifically developed for Environments where exposure to Aggressive Substances and Long-Term Durability are Critical.
Materials used in Battery and Chemical exposure applications must maintain consistent properties under Chemical Contact, Moisture Exposure, and Thermal Conditions. This Grade is formulated with Strong Hydrolytic Stability and Low Moisture Absorption, ensuring reliable performance without Degradation, supporting Long-Term Resistance in Harsh Chemical Environments.
NORYL™ NH4050 PPE+HIPS Resin provides excellent Chemical Resistance combined with balanced Impact Strength, enabling components to maintain Integrity when exposed to Battery Electrolytes and Industrial Chemicals. Its formulation supports applications requiring Durability and Structural Stability in Chemically Aggressive Conditions.
Processing characteristics are optimized to achieve Low Warpage behavior and consistent Mold Filling, allowing Precise Part Geometry and Dimensional Accuracy. This contributes to improved Manufacturing Consistency and reduces deformation during Production and Service Life.
NORYL™ NH4050 PPE+HIPS Resin Achieves UL94 V-0 Rating from 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, supporting High-Level Flame Retardant requirements for Electrical and Battery-Related applications. Its Non Halogen formulation aligns with Modern Safety and Environmental Expectations. In addition, NORYL™ NH4050 is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.
