NORYL™ NH5020 PPE+HIPS Resin is a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend engineered for applications requiring Thin Wall Capability, Hydrolytic Stability, and Dimensional Stability. This material is optimized for Precise Molding of Lightweight components where performance and Structural reliability must be maintained.
Materials used in Thin Wall and Outdoor applications must maintain consistent properties under Moisture Exposure, Thermal Conditions, and Rapid Processing. This Grade is formulated with Low Moisture Absorption and Strong Hydrolytic Stability, ensuring reliable performance without deformation or Degradation, supporting Long-Term Environmental Durability.
NORYL™ NH5020 PPE+HIPS Resin provides Strong Impact Resistance combined with excellent Dimensional Control, enabling components to maintain Shape at reduced Wall Thickness. Its formulation supports applications where Precision Molding and Structural reliability are critical in Compact Designs.
Processing characteristics are optimized for High Flow behavior and Smooth Mold Filling, allowing efficient Production of Thin-Wall Parts with Complex Geometries. This contributes to improved Manufacturing Consistency and Minimizes Defects such as Warpage or Short Shots during Production.
NORYL™ NH5020 PPE+HIPS Resin Achieves UL94 V-0 Rating from 0.75 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, supporting Flame Retardant requirements even in Thin Section Designs. Its Non Halogen formulation aligns with Modern Safety and Environmental Expectations. In addition, NORYL™ NH5020 is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.
