NORYL™ NH5120 PPE+HIPS Resin is a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend engineered for applications requiring Outdoor Stability, Hydrolytic Resistance, and Mechanical Property Retention. This material is designed to maintain performance over Extended Service Life in Environments exposed to varying Weather and Operational Conditions.

Materials used in Outdoor and Environmental exposure applications must maintain consistent properties under Moisture Exposure, UV Conditions, and Thermal Stress. This Grade is formulated with Low Moisture Absorption and Strong Hydrolytic Stability, ensuring reliable performance without Degradation, supporting Long-Term performance in Harsh Outdoor Conditions.

NORYL™ NH5120 PPE+HIPS Resin provides excellent Mechanical Strength Retention while maintaining stable Dimensional Control, allowing components to preserve Geometry under Continuous Stress and Environmental Exposure. Its formulation supports applications requiring Durability and Structural Integrity over time.

Processing characteristics are optimized to achieve Low Warpage behavior and consistent Mold Filling, ensuring accurate Part Geometry and Repeatable Production Quality. This contributes to improved Manufacturing Consistency and helps maintain Part Precision across Production Cycles.

NORYL™ NH5120 PPE+HIPS Resin Achieves UL94 V-0 Rating from 1.50 mm to 6.00 mm Thickness, supporting High-Level Flame Retardant requirements for Outdoor and Electrical applications. Its Non Halogen formulation aligns with Modern Safety and Environmental Standards. In addition, NORYL™ NH5120 is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.
