NORYL™ NH6020 PPE+HIPS Resin is a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend engineered for applications requiring Thin Wall Capability, Hydrolytic Stability, and Dimensional Stability. This material is optimized for Precise Molding of Lightweight components where consistent performance must be maintained in Outdoor and Moisture-Exposed Environments.

Materials used in Thin Wall and Outdoor applications must maintain consistent properties under Moisture Exposure, Thermal Conditions, and Rapid Processing. This Grade is designed with Low Moisture Absorption and enhanced Hydrolytic Stability, ensuring reliable performance without Degradation, supporting Long-Term Environmental Durability.

NORYL™ NH6020 PPE+HIPS Resin provides Strong Impact Resistance combined with excellent Dimensional Control, enabling components to retain Shape even at reduced Wall Thickness. Its formulation supports applications requiring Precision Molding and Structural reliability in Compact and Lightweight Designs.

Processing characteristics are optimized for High Flow behavior and Smooth Mold Filling, allowing efficient Production of Complex Thin Wall Parts. This contributes to improved Manufacturing Consistency and reduces Defects such as Warpage or Incomplete Filling during High-Volume Production.

NORYL™ NH6020 PPE+HIPS Resin Achieves UL94 V-0 Rating from 0.75 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, supporting Flame Retardant performance even in Thin Section applications.
