Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated FR, High Heat & Low Specific Gravity

NORYL™ NH7010HV PPE+HIPS Resin is a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend engineered as a High Flow Version of NH7010, delivering enhanced Processability, Hydrolytic Stability, and Low Specific Gravity. This material is designed for applications requiring efficient Molding while maintaining Structural reliability in Outdoor Environments.

Materials used in Outdoor and Electrical applications must maintain consistent properties under Moisture Exposure, Thermal Conditions, and Environmental Stress. This Grade is formulated with Low Moisture Absorption and Strong Hydrolytic Stability, ensuring reliable performance without Degradation, supporting Long-Term Outdoor Durability.

NORYL™ NH7010HV PPE+HIPS Resin provides balanced Impact Resistance while offering improved High Flow Characteristics, enabling easier Mold Filling of Complex Geometries and Larger Components. Its formulation supports applications requiring efficient Processing and Lightweight Structural Performance.

Processing characteristics are optimized to reduce Viscosity and Enhance Flow Behavior, helping achieve consistent Filling and minimizing Low Warpage Behavior. This contributes to improved Manufacturing Consistency and supports Production Efficiency in High-Volume applications.

NORYL™ NH7010HV PPE+HIPS Resin Achieves UL94 V-0 Rating from 1.50 mm to 6.00 mm Thickness, supporting High-Level Flame Retardant requirements across a Wide range of applications. Its Non Halogen formulation aligns with Modern Safety and Environmental Standards. In addition, NORYL™ NH7010HV is RoHS Compliant, aligning with Global Environmental Standards.
