NORYL™ NH8000 PPE + HIPS Resin is a Low Flow, Non Halogenated Flame Retardant engineering Thermoplastic developed to address Electrical Performance and High‑Temperature requirements in both Indoor and Outdoor Applications. This ECO Positioned PPE + HIPS Resin system is Designed to deliver Certified Flame Safety while supporting Dimensional and Environmental Stability without Brominated or Chlorinated additives.

Electrical Integrity is a Primary functional attribute of NORYL™ NH8000 PPE + HIPS Resin, supporting use in applications where insulation performance and consistent Electrical properties are essential. The Low Flow characteristics are intended for controlled Mold Filling in Thick Wall or Structurally Demanding components where Processing Stability and Property Retention are required.

Thermal Endurance in Elevated Temperature Environments is supported by the High Heat Deflection capability of NORYL™ NH8000 PPE + HIPS Resin, making it suitable for applications Exposed to sustained Heat Loads. This Thermal Stability enables reliable performance across a Range of Service conditions without compromising Mechanical or Electrical Behaviour.

Environmental Performance of NORYL™ NH8000 PPE + HIPS Resin is enhanced through its Hydrolytic and Dimensional Stability, limiting property change under Moisture Exposure and Thermal Cycling. These Characteristics support Long Term use in applications Installed in variable Indoor or Outdoor Environments where consistent Geometry and Functional Reliability are required.

Fire Safety characteristics of NORYL™ NH8000 PPE + HIPS Resin are defined by its Non‑Brominated, Non‑Chlorinated Flame Retardant formulation and verified UL Classification.
