NORYL™ NH8006 ECO Flame Retardant PPE+HIPS with 30% Glass Reinfroced

High Heat HDT Outdoor Applications, Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated FR

NORYL™ NH8006 PPE+HIPS Resin is a High-Performance Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Blend formulated with 30% Glass Reinforcement. designed for demanding Environments, it delivers Strong Dimensional Stability, Structural Rigidity, and Flame Retardant performance for Outdoor applications where reliability Matters Most.

In Outdoor Structural applications, Materials must handle Constant exposure to Moisture, Heat Cycles, and Mechanical Load without Losing Shape or Strength. This Grade is engineered with Hydrolytic Stability and Low Moisture Sensitivity, helping components maintain consistent Geometry and Long-Term Durability even under Extended Environmental Stress.

With its High Glass Loading, NORYL™ NH8006 PPE+HIPS Resin Shows excellent Stiffness and Load Resistance, allowing Parts to retain their Form under Pressure and Temperature Variation. This makes it particularly effective in applications where Structural Strength and Stability are Non-Negotiable.

From a Processing Standpoint, the material is formulated to balance Reinforcement with Manageable Molding Behavior. It helps reduce Distortions often Associated with Heavily Filled Resins, supporting controlled Shrinkage and Low Warpage performance during Production.

Performance in Safety-Sensitive Environments is Another Strong Point. NORYL™ NH8006 PPE+HIPS Resin Achieves UL94 V-0 Rating from 2.00 mm to 6.00 mm Thickness, delivering reliable Flame Retardancy without Brominated or Chlorinated Additives. It also meets RoHS Compliance, supporting Modern Environmental and Safety Expectations.

Because of its Strength and Environmental Resistance, it is commonly used in Outdoor Electrical Enclosures, Industrial Frames, and Structural Housings. These applications benefit from its ability to Combine Mechanical Strength with Long-Term Environmental Stability.

At its Core, NORYL™ NH8006 PPE+HIPS Resin offers a robust Solution where Flame Retardancy, High Stiffness, and Dimensional Control must work together. For Designs that demand Durability under Real-World Conditions, it provides a reliable balance of performance and Processability.
