NORYL™ NHP6011 Thin Wall Reinforced PPE + HIPS Unique Copolymer Blend

NORYL™ NHP6011 PPE+HIPS Resin is an 8% Glass Reinforced Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Copolymer Blend designed for applications requiring High Heat Resistance, Dimensional Stability, and Lightweight Performance. Its Lower Glass content compared to Higher Reinforced Grades provides a more balanced combination of Stiffness and Processability, making it well suited for Thin Wall Designs.

In Thin Wall and High Temperature applications, Materials must maintain consistent properties under Thermal Stress, Rapid Cooling, and Mechanical Load. This Grade is engineered with a Copolymer Structure that supports stable Geometry and reliable Performance, even in Parts with reduced Thickness and Complex Shapes.

With its optimized Reinforcement Level, NORYL™ NHP6011 PPE+HIPS Resin offers a Solid balance of Stiffness and Impact Performance, allowing components to maintain Shape without Becoming Overly Brittle.
