NORYL™ NHP6012 Thin Wall Reinforced PPE + HIPS Unique Copolymer Blend

Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated FR. Dimensional Stability & High Heat

NORYL™ NHP6012 PPE+HIPS Resin is a 10% Glass Reinforced Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) Copolymer Blend designed for applications requiring High Heat Resistance, Dimensional Stability, and Lightweight Performance. Positioned between Lower and Higher Glass-Filled Grades, it delivers a balanced Mix of Stiffness and Processing Efficiency for Precision Molded Parts.

When Designing Parts with reduced Wall Thickness, maintaining uniform Geometry during Cooling becomes Critical. This Grade is formulated to Control Shrinkage and Internal Stress, helping components retain Dimensional Accuracy and Structural Consistency even in Complex Geometries.

With its Moderate Glass Reinforcement, NORYL™ NHP6012 PPE+HIPS Resin provides improved Stiffness and Load Stability while maintaining sufficient Impact Resistance. This balance allows components to perform reliably without Becoming Overly Rigid or Brittle, supporting Designs that require Mechanical balance and Durability.

During Molding, the material Demonstrates Smooth Flow characteristics that Help Fill Fine Details and Thin Sections Efficiently. This enhances Production Output and reduces Variability, Contributing to improved Manufacturing Repeatability and Part Precision across Large Production Volumes.

NORYL™ NHP6012 PPE+HIPS Resin meets UL94 V-0 Rating from 1.50 mm to 3.00 mm Thickness, providing Dependable Flame Retardant performance for a Wide range of applications. Its Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated formulation supports Modern Sustainability Goals. In addition, it is RoHS Compliant, Meeting Global Environmental Standards.

In practical applications, it performs reliably in Compact Electrical Components, Thin Wall Housings, and Lightweight Structural Parts where both Dimensional Control and Thermal performance are required. Its Versatility makes it suitable across Multiple Industrial Segments.
