NORYL™ NH6100 Low Smoke EN45545 R22 Flame Retardant PPE + HIPS Blend

NORYL™ NP6100 PPE + HIPS Resin is a Low Smoke engineering thermoplastic developed to meet EN45545 R22 Fire Safety requirements for Transport and Safety Critical applications. This PPE based Resin System is formulated with a Non Brominated, Non Chlorinated Flame Retardant Technology to address stringent Smoke and Heat Performance Expectations without relying on Halogenated Additives.

Fire Behaviour characteristics of NORYL™ NP6100 PPE + HIPS Resin emphasize reduced Smoke Emission and controlled Toxicity during combustion events. These Properties support passenger Safety and Visibility requirements in enclosed or High Occupancy Environments where Smoke Management is a Primary Design Criterion.

Thermal Capability Plays an important role in the performance profile of NORYL™ NP6100 PPE + HIPS Resin, enabling reliable use under elevated temperature conditions. High Heat Resistance is maintained alongside Flame Retardant performance, supporting Structural Stability in applications exposed to sustained Thermal Loads.

Long Term Mechanical reliability of NORYL™ NP6100 PPE + HIPS Resin is supported by its Low Creep Sensitivity and Hydrolytic Stability. These characteristics help maintain Geometry and Functional integrity in components subjected to continuous Load, Moisture Exposure, or Environmental Cycling over extended Service Life.
