NORYL™ PKN4752F PPE+GPPS Resin is a Non-Reinforced Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) and General Purpose Polystyrene (GPPS) Blend developed for applications requiring FDA Compliance, High Heat Resistance, and Translucent Appearance. This material offers a unique combination of Thermal performance and Visual Clarity, while maintaining the Core Advantages Associated with the NORYL family.

In applications where both Transparency and Thermal Stability are required, material selection becomes more Complex. This Grade is designed to retain Optical Consistency and Dimensional Stability even under Elevated Temperatures, supporting reliable performance in Environments where both appearance and Function Matter.

Without Reinforcement, NORYL™ PKN4752F PPE+GPPS Resin provides a Smooth Surface Finish and balanced Impact Performance, making it easier to Mold into Parts with Clean Visual Characteristics. Its Translucent Nature allows Designers to achieve Light Diffusion and Aesthetic Control without Sacrificing Mechanical Stability.

From a Processing Standpoint, the material Flows predictably and supports consistent Molding Behavior. This helps maintain uniform Part Geometry and reduces Variation during Production, Contributing to improved Manufacturing Consistency and Surface Quality.

NORYL™ PKN4752F PPE+GPPS Resin meets FDA Compliance requirements for Food Contact applications, making it suitable for Regulated Environments. While classified as Non UL Rated, it still delivers Dependable Mechanical and Thermal performance for applications where Flame Resistance is not required. In addition, it is RoHS Compliant, supporting Global Environmental Standards.
